Welcome to Havasu Knife Sharpening LLC. By using our knife sharpening services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide professional sharpening and related services for knives, scissors, and other tools as described on our website or in-store materials. We reserve the right to refuse service on items we deem unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable.
2. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure items are legally owned and safe to handle.

Disclose any damage, defects, or concerns before service.

Pick up items within the agreed timeframe.
3. Liability

We take care with every item, but sharpening and restoration involve inherent risks (e.g., minor scratches, changes in blade appearance, or breakage if the item has hidden flaws).

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, improper use, or lack of maintenance after sharpening.

Customers assume responsibility for safe handling of sharpened items.
4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

All sales are final; refunds are not offered once sharpening is completed. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
5. Safety Notice
Sharpened items are dangerous. Customers are responsible for transporting and storing their items safely after pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse.
6. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be required depending on demand.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
